Description of Vibro washer

1. Part ¨Í shows before washing and small spots represent contaminated particles. In this stage, there are many of them attached on the surface and inside.
2. In Part ¨Î, contaminated particles on the surface fall off on account of wave and those inside move outside slowly and get ready to be washed entirely.
3. In Part ¨Ï, with strong wave most of contaminated particles are discharged to the surface of fabrics.
4. In Part ¨Ð, they reach the end of punching roller, contaminated materials are completely removed and fabrics are released to the outside of the bathtube.

  

Injector Effect

1. The desizing effect is superior at injection pressure.
2. High press Injector does improve a refining effect to the both side of the fabrics.
